~ When my Sims3 started getting error code 12 on my WinXp Pro OS after I installed my last Sims3 expansion pack as well as losing my Sims3 game everytime, I ended up trying multiple tedious solutions from the internet which all failed, including the error “12” trap & no intro mod. ~ USE THIS METHOD BEFORE YOU TRY OTHER METHODS LIKE THE ERROR TRAP MOD, ETC. (WinXP Pro OS with 2.8Mhz Pentium4 & 2Gb ram) When something goes wrong with my game, I don’t panic you always have the answer no matter how obscure the problem is.
With your help I am slowly tracking down the bugs in my game one-by-one and it’s like a very kind and more technologically savvy friend is leading me through it one step at a time. You are so meticulous and it is such a beautiful, easy to use site. Sorry, this isn’t a rant against EA, I just am trying to convey how grateful I was when I finally found this website after months of not being able to play my game. Took me six months to get the admission it’s them, not me!)

(Since then, I have finally had one of their techs admit that he IS AWARE of the problem I’m having and that I will have to wait for an update to fix the bug.
When I would contact their customer support they would end up just telling me they didn’t support in-game play and refer me to the user forums. I just joined your site and I wanted to say I really thank you for making this site.
